Telllot Socials is an AI-powered social networking platform that fosters meaningful real-life connections through curated group events and a reputation-based network. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Organize small, curated group meetups to facilitate natural, in-person interactions.

Reward active participation and high-quality interactions through our reputation system (the “WoM Score”).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. AI-Powered Social Networking and Curated Events

AI-Driven Social Networking: Our proprietary AI engine (“WOM”) evaluates your profile, preferences, and interaction feedback to curate the most relevant social connections. While we strive for accuracy, results may vary.

Group Events: Telllot organizes exclusive group events designed to foster meaningful relationships and valuable interactions. Attendance at such events is subject to our approval, and we make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any event.

User Responsibility: You understand that your interactions during events are between you and other users. Telllot does not control, endorse, or guarantee the behavior or actions of any participants.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Telllot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Removal of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Telllot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service.

Third-Party Links and Services: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Telllot. We assume no responsibility for, or liability in connection with, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

User-Generated Content: Telllot is not responsible for any content provided by users. Any reliance on such content is at your own risk.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Telllot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must promptly discontinue all use of the Service.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Karnataka High Court then in effect. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and that you will not participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Telllot regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Telllot.
